Dr. M Jaipal Reddy is a distinguished Rotarian and a prominent figure in Kamareddy. Born on June 10 1982 to Narsareddy and Satyamma, Dr. Reddy has made a significant impact in various fields.

Dr. Reddy holds impressive educational qualifications, including MA, B.Ed, MCJ, MPhil, and PhD. He is the CEO and Correspondent of RK Group of Colleges and also holding various esteemed positions, such as Telangana State Joint Secretary of Private College Management Association, District President of Kamareddy Athletics Association and Rotary Assistant Governor.

Dr. M. Jaipal Reddy worked as the Convenor for Telangana University Sadhana Samithi and participated in Separate Telangana state movement.

Dr. M. Jaipal Reddy, CEO of RK Group of Colleges, received the "Excel India Leadership Award" and "Ambitious Award in Education Excellence", for his dedication to education and his commitment to excellence. They highlight his role as a visionary leader who has made a significant impact on the education sector.

The Prestigious Mahatma Gandhi Global Peace Award was bestowed upon Dr. M. Jaipal Reddy by K. Rosaiah, the then Governor and Chief Minister of united Andhra Pradesh, for his dedication to peace, education, and social service.

Dr. Reddy married M Poorna Chandrakala on 15th March, 2009. She is working as Lecturer in RK DEGREE & PG COLLEGE. They have two children, Jai Chandra Reddy studying Inter-I Year and Moksha studying 9th Std. In his free time, Dr. Reddy enjoys playing badminton and motivates youth and students.

As a Rotarian, Dr. Reddy has achieved remarkable success. He served as Secretary in 2017-18 and President of Rotary Club of Kamareddy twice (2020-2021 and 2021-2022) and received the Best President Award and several other awards to the Rotary Club of Kamareddy in his tenure. He has held responsibilities in district cabinet youth services and social media. Dr. M Jaipal Reddy is now appointed as a Rotary Assistant Governor for the year 2025 - 26.
